2.3 Goods

We may supply printed manuals, branded stationery, and other physical items through third-party delivery.

3. Refund Policy

3.1 Legal Services

• Full reimbursement is available if cancellation is made at least 7 days before the scheduled service.
• Cancellations between 48 hours and 7 days prior incur a 50% fee due to reserved time.
• Appointments canceled within 48 hours are non-refundable, as consultants reserve exclusive time.

3.2 Information Products

• Purchases may be refunded within 14 days if content has not been accessed or downloaded.
• Once a download or access is recorded, no refund is available due to immediate delivery of digital items.

3.3 Goods

• Physical items may be returned within 30 days in unused condition.
• Return shipping costs are the purchaser’s responsibility.
• Upon receipt and inspection, refunds are issued via the original payment method within 14 days.

3.4 Reimbursement Methods

Refunds are processed via the original payment method or by wire transfer. Processing may take up to 14 days from approval.

4. Rescheduling of Services

Clients may request to reschedule legal services with at least 48 hours’ notice. Approved requests will be accommodated according to consultant availability without additional fees.

5. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service or product.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of Madrid.
